Two Day Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied. If something isn’t right, we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy. We will review and honor returns up to 72 hours from the time you received the item(s).


  1. Items purchased online can be returned for a refund via post.
  2. Returns will only be accepted on tagged, unworn, and unused merchandise.
  3. We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered.
  4. will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including colour mismatch or exchanges for size.
  5. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  6. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at info@ within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  7. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange / store credit on a case-by-case basis.

  • # Reason for returning the product
  • # Photo of the product which you intend to deliver back to us .
  • # scan copy of shipping receipt

10.We will maximum pay for the return shipping up to USD 15.00 ( incase it’s our fault ) as credit voucher code for which you need to forward us the scan copy of shipping receipt for the same        on info@

  1. Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.
  1. The credit note will be valid for 6 months and will be given once the products are received by us in, a stable and intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our quality department.
  2. Please note that once the parcel has been sent across, a valid tracking # has to be provided via an email or a telephonic conversation so that we can trace the product  and get you a confirmation once we receive it.
